Today , we learned about HTML code and what it means/does. We also got a chance to make our own short HTML code which worked effectively. We viewed the source for Google which shows the code used to make Google work. After our break we moved onto doing our EPK's. Abii began designing our website today while Laura and I finished writing up our information which , me the editor will use on our site.

Today , we filled out a web content progress sheet which basically asked us who plays which role and what content are we going to put on our website. It also asked us how up-to-date we were with our sites and what still needs done. We figured out that we still have to research some images for our website and sound/video. We have also started writing our content on our websites.

Today , we did most of our research for our EPK's. We also discussed who was going to take the role of researcher , editor and web designer. We decided that Laura was going to be the researcher , I was going to be the editor and that Abii was going to be the designer for our website.

Today we got into groups and learned how to use the iweb application , we found out how to create our own website and how to add photos and text to our site. We were also told how to embed videos from YouTube which we are going to be doing at a later date.
After our break we browsed different photo sharing websites which we then had to compare and see which provided the most information. To do this we used the Grab application to take a screenshot of each site as this makes it easier to see.
